Girl & Dog Print
A lovely little print of a girl and her dog, signed but indistinct, and mounted in an original old oak frame. Frame measures approx 11 inches by 14. Condition is good.

This wonderful, original goache painting was an illustration for a book and was probably painted during the 1930s/1940s. It is signed by the artist Arthur Batchey, and the quality is exceptional. It is framed in a contemporary wood frame and measures 17 inches by 13 inches. Condition is perfect.

1920s Advertising print
An original, oak framed advertisment for Cocoona Hose Silk Stockings, depicting a pretty 1920s lady sitting on the end of a chaise showing off (modestly) her stockings. Email me for close up pics. Oak frame measures 15 x 12 inches and is in excellent condition.

Silk Wall Plaque
Picture plaque with a Silk picture detail sandwiched between two pieces of circular glass with a raffia frame. A very unusual item which measures approx 8 inches in diam. Condition is good but there is some ageing to the raffia frame. Apparently possibly by Aubrey Beardsley.

'40 Horsepower'
A genuine 1920's French humorous hand painted water colour painting, mounted in its original wooden frame. The writing reads - De l'influence dune 40 cv sure la vert dune midinette! Et dire quail a demux moos ell etait petite main!!! (How the influence of 40 horse power can transform a shop girl in 2 months). The frame measures 17 inches by 11.25 (43cm x 28.5cm). Condition is good with some expected age related marks to the edges of the frame. I have another similar picture to this one from the same artist. See picture of Art2112A below.

'Bad Conduct'
A genuine 1920's French humorous hand painted water colour painting, mounted in its original wooden frame. The writing reads - Mauvaisem Conduuite!! j'ai encore du me tromper et appuyer sur l'acceleratuer au lieu de frein!! (I made a mistake and put my foot on the accelerator instead of the break!!). The frame measures 17 inches by 11.25 (43cm x 28.5cm). Condition is good with some expected age related marks to the edges of the frame. Advertising card with 1920's flappers in deco hats, mounted in a more recent wooden frame. Frame measures 11.5 inches by 9.5 (29cm x 24). Condition is vintage but good with some chips to the corners of the frame.
