Our current stock of table and figural lamps including spelter and bronze figural lamps and some larger marble and spelter lamps suited to a sideboard or heavy shelf. Although many of our lamps are professionally rewired, we cannot guarantee the wiring on these items as they could be up to 100 years old, and they MUST be checked by a qualified electrician before use.

A large green patinated spelter lady lamp mounted on a black marble base measuring 50cm long and 11cm wide. Total height is 31cm high and widest width across the moulded glass shade is 18.5cm. Recently rewired and with an inline on/off switch. Signed to the socle, Fayral.

Spelter Lady Lamp
Partially nude kneeling lady in white painted spelter, 17 inches high and with its original patterned and tinted glass shade. Has been rewired and possibly repainted at some time in the past.

French Art Deco Desk Lamp
Silvered bronze stylised floral art deco desk lamp. It measures 11.5 inches high by 10.5 inches wide (29cm x 26cm). It is stamped DRP to the arm ball. The shade is made of white glass and it is fitted with a white phenolic torpedo on/off switch. Condition is vintage and used but good but there are numerous indentations to the stem.

Bauhaus Desk/Table Lamps
Top quality heavy art deco chromed metal pair of modernist desk lamps with domed tops and stepped weighted bases. They each measure 19.5 inches high and top has a dimeter of 7.5 inches (50cm x 19cm). They are newly wired with a black silk fees and fitted with on/off switches. Condition is as new.

Rare Lamp by Dubois
This is a rare terracotta lamp base by the Belgian artist Anton Dubois, signed to the base. The shade is not original to the lamp and is a contemporary one. The base is beautifully hand painted in crisp bright colours. Appears to have been rewired but would need to be checked. Condition is very good.

Double Lady Lamp by Andre Fau
Art deco glazed terracotta table lamp. Designed by Andre Fau and produced by the Marcel Guillard foundry during the 1920s. Marked under the Boulogne and bearing a foundry stamp and made in France. The shade measures. 12 inches in diameter and is modern but the base is genuine art deco 1920s. To the front and back panel it depicts two kneeling ladies holding a bowl of cascading flowers. The base measures 8.5 inches wide by 3 inches deep and the total height with the shade is 16 inches (21.5cm x 7.5cm x 41cm). Condition is excellent.

Juggler Cat Lamp by Janle
French Art Deco cat juggling a white glass globe shade. Made of brown patinated art metal and mounted on a marble base. I actually have two of this same lamp and they make a nice pair. Designed by Janle and signed, and produced by the Le Verrier foundry. Fitted with a silk flex and an on/off switch in line. It measures 5 inches wide by 3 inches deep by 8.5 inches high (12.5cm x 7.5cm x 22cm). In extremely good condition.

Rare Mantis Lamp by Lindsey B
This resin table lamp is the extremely rare Mantis lamp. Made by the mannequin designer Lindsey B in 1984. They are extremely rare as they were so expensive when new, Mantis cost £600 in 1984. I have never owned or seen another one of her. She is mounted on a weighted metal base which was made by the Siegel mannequin company. The vivid green patina is probably not original to the lamp and it appears to have been rewired and is fitted with an on/off switch. She is signed to the back and looks fantastic when lit. It measures a large 29 inches tall by 19.5 inches wide by 17 inches deep (74cm x 49cm x 43.5cm). Condition is very good with just a few minor age related cracks to the patina due to age.

'Venice' by Sega
French spelter figural group of a gondola with the windows having pearlised celluloid panels which light up by the internal bulb inside the cabin. The ovular base is of grey and cream onyx and it is signed P. Sega to the rear of the boat. Condition is very original and good. Measures 20 inches wide, 6 inches deep and 10.5 inches high.

The Famous Monkey Lamp by Max Le Verrier
French art metal Art Deco table lamp modelled as a monkey holding a frosted glass umbrella shade. It measures17.5 inches total height by 12.5 inches wide (45cm x 32cm). Condition is very good with no damage to the shade.
