Montenave for Goldscheider
A large Goldscheider terracotta - model number 2592, circa 1900, signed by the artist Montenave to the shoulder and with the Goldscheider marks to the reverse. Decorated with opals and chrysoprase beads. She measures approximately 25.5 inches (65cm) high and 20 inches (51cm) wide. In very good condition with just a small replaced chip to a corner and some very minor nibbles. A very impressive piece and in the Goldscheider book.

Large Terracotta by Seifert
The bronze version of this piece can be viewed in the Schiffer book. She is a delightful figure, signed on the reverse Seifert and stamped with various marks - R+T Mgdbg. Gesetzl Geschibz and the foundry stamp. Seifert, Franz born 1866 in Vienna, he studied under Kundmann and Hellmer, sculpted busts, statues and garden ornaments, largely inspired by German history and Teutonic mythology. Condition is good. Approx. height 27 inches (69cm)

Goldscheider oriental temple dancer
Beautiful art deco porcelain figurine from 'Goldscheider' signed by artist and goldscheider markings to base. he is dressed in a lovely pink and green oriental costume with head dress. she has a wonderful face and detailing. Condition is very good , minor age related glaze craze as you might expect.

She is dressed as a boy in a wonderful costume , greys, pinks and turquoise head-dress etc. she has a lovely face. Condition is very good, minor age related glaze craze as you might expect.

Nouveau Alabaster Bust
Wonderful Italian alabaster lady on a green verdigris marble base, signed 'Fiorucci', with a lovely face and wearing a cute cloth hat. Very tactile! Very minor age related chips to alabaster.

Lovely art nouveau lady bust, Goldscheider makers mark to back, No790, reproduction reservee, P. Approx. height 11.5 inches (29cm). Condition is good.

Goldscheider Terracotta Dutch Girl
Lovely bust of a little girl in Dutch costume with a wonderful face and an image of a windmill to the base, circa 1901, by the artist 'Simon'.
Simon, Emmanuel Joseph Louis, 1873-1932, born Paris, exhibited at the Salon des Artistes in 1904-1906 and 1914. Designed numerous models for Goldscheider in terracotta, alabaster and bronze in the Art Nouveau period. In good original condition. Approx. height 12.5 inches (32cm)

The Ultimate Goldscheider Clock!
This is a truly stunning and rare early Goldscheider time piece dating c1890. It is HUGE and measures approx. width 22.5 inches (57cm), height 22.5 inches (57cm), depth 8 inches (20cm). They don't come much bigger than this. It is made of terracotta and the Pre-Raphaelite figures have earthenware heads and hands. There is a 'Goldscheider Wien' marking to rear and I can find no artists signature. Condition is very good, possible repair to one finger of one of the ladies. Clock original, but unchecked.
