The Amazing Butterfly Ceiling Lamp
French Art Deco 1920s moulded glass body with vivid hand painted wings. It has blue beaded glass eyes and the bulb holder hangs down inside the body to illuminate it. I have had the similar metal body Butterly ceiling lamps before but never seen another like this one with the frosted glass body and dimpled glass wings. It measures 24 inches wide by 20 inches long by 20 inches drop from the ceiling (61cm x 51cm x 51cm). I cannot stress how rare this lamp is. Condition is very good but does have a small crack to the edge of the glass body although the body remains very stable.

Danseuse Au Voile by Le Faguays
French art deco ceramic craquelier group of nude dancers. This same statue can be seen in the Les Craqueles book on page 84. It was made as a craquelier and also as a terracotta. I have both versions, in fact the terracotta one I have has come from the family of Max Le Verrier. It is unsigned but I guarantee its by Le Faguays, plus I also have the original negative photograph of it from the Le Verrier archives. This large pieces measures 16 inches wide by 7.5 inches deep by 17.5 inches high (41cm x 19cm x 44.5cm). Condition is good with an old crack to the front ladies ankle but this seems to be under glaze and I believe there from new and probably a firing crack.

La Grande Folie by Maurice Picaud
Contemporary art print from Paris. Large Art Deco poster for the Folies Bergere. La Grande Folie signed Pico (Maurice Picaud). Pico was the designer of the Folies building and the famous Pico plaque of the dancer Nina Nickolska which is on the facade of the building. Pico was an artist, architect and furniture designer for the Ruhlman furniture company and his work is highly desirable and very stylish - as can be seen on this poster. The modern black frame measures 41 inches high by 30 inches wide (104cm x 76cm). Condition is excellent. From a limited edition print - Editions Langlaude 2017 and with the Certified Print Lab raised stamp.

Rare Mantis Lamp by Lindsey B
This resin table lamp is the extremely rare Mantis lamp. Made by the mannequin designer Lindsey B in 1984. They are extremely rare as they were so expensive when new, Mantis cost £600 in 1984. I have never owned or seen another one of her. She is mounted on a weighted metal base which was made by the Siegel mannequin company. The vivid green patina is probably not original to the lamp and it appears to have been rewired and is fitted with an on/off switch. She is signed to the back and looks fantastic when lit. It measures a large 29 inches tall by 19.5 inches wide by 17 inches deep (74cm x 49cm x 43.5cm). Condition is very good with just a few minor age related cracks to the patina due to age.
