Crackle Glaze Foals Group by Goldscheider
A lovely 1930's Austrian craquelier of a pair of foals measuring 9 inches high and bearing the Goldscheider stamp under the base and signed Melsner. Excellent condition.

Cubist Bookends by Rivet
French white terracotta cubist lady reading a book, bookends. Signed L. Rivet to the base. Each has a gold patina and silver highlighting to the hair and measures 13.25 inches (33cm) long. Condition is vintage but good.

l'air Songeur' by Granger
GRANGER, Genevieve (1877-1967). Sculptor and Ceramist, studied under Henri DUBOIS, became a member of the Society of French artists in 1899, winning a medal from them in 1927. A former member of the Salon of Artistes and decorators.
Top quality terracotta lady with windswept hair and scarf, with fabulous speckled polychrome enamel glazed finish. Made by the Etling foundry, marked to the base Etling, Granger and Marcelle Guillard. Similar items can be found in the 'Les Craqueles' art deco book. Marcel Guillard formed a workshop with Andre Fau in Boulogne-on-Seine. When the company folded in 1926 Guillard continued with the financial help of Etling. Hence the two makers marks on the base.They produced many pieces for the Paris Arts decorative exhibitions. It measures 12.75 inches long by 5 deep by 10.75 (32.5cm x 12.5 x 27.5). In exceptional condition.

Chiparus 'Maiden with Lamb'
Terracotta girl and lamb in typical Chiparus style with green patination and stylised hair, signed in the base and bearing the Editions Reveyrolis, Paris stamp. In good condition with just some minor patina wear and a few tiny chips to the base. Measures 23.5 inches (60cm) long, 6.5 inches (17cm) deep and total height is 16 inches (40cm). She appears in the 2nd edition Chiparus book by Alberto Shayo, page 248.

'Plentitude' by Chiparus
A green patinated terracotta nude with the Chiparus zigzag hair detail and signed to the base D. H. Chiparus. She is in very good original condition with just a couple of small areas of patina loss and no damage. Measures 18.5 inches wide, 17 inches high and 8.5 inches deep (47cm x 43cm x 22cm). Refer to the 2nd Chiparus book by Alberto Shayo, page 247.

Life Size Bust by Goldscheider
Austrian terracotta Art Nouveau bust.Her title is Purete and she can be seen in the Goldscheider books, on page 54 of the Pinas book. She is titled to the base Les Lys (The Lillies), her model number is - 1981 and she is signed by the artist Villieu on her shoulder. She bears the Goldscheider plaque to the back. It measures 28 inches high by 16 inches wide by 10 inches deep (70cm x 41cm x 25.5cm). Condition is very good. With one tiny flower chip under a petal.

'Friends' by Riche
Large and pretty art deco terracotta lady and dog statue by Louise Riche. Signed to the base and bearing the original shop label to the back - Pommeraye, Nantes. It measures a large 32.5 inches long by 7.25 inches deep by 13 inches high (82cm x 18.5cm x 32.5cm). Condition is very good.

The Dancer by De Blaize
French art deco white terracotta glazed dancer. Designed and signed G. De Blaize and signed under the base CH French (Charles Harva). She measures 11.75 inches long (29.5cm), 12 inches (31cm) high and 4 inches (10cm) deep. Condition is very good.
