Bison Bookends by Le Verrier
Recent recast pieces from the Le Verrier Foundry in Paris, these are a pair of Bison bookends and measure 5 inches high each, and are immaculate.

Bookends by Janle
Green patinated spelter girl bookends with bronze coloured hoops, signed Janle. Black marble bases each measure 3.5 inches (9cm) square and the total height is 8 inches by 4.75 inches wide, (20cm x 12 cm). Condition is very good.

Art Deco Panther Bookends
Rare Belgian art deco ceramic craquelier panther bookends. Signed indistinctly to the side at the bottom and under the base. But can be seen in the Keramische book on page 67 and the company name is - Pouljaine-Caese of Gent. They each measure 6.25 inches long by 3 inches deep by 6 inches high (16cm x 7.5cm x 15.5cm). Condition is good but there is an old chip to underside of the inner base - probably there from new.

Panther Bookends by Lemenceau
Large French art deco geometric panther ceramic crackle glaze bookends. Featured in most of the ceramics books - the Les Craqueles book and the Keramische book on page 91. They are highly sought after and I have two pairs. This pair is in the best condition, in fact excellent. They are signed and each measure 9.5 inches long by 3 inches deep by 8.5 inches high (24cm x 7.5cm x 22cm). Designed by Lemenceau and stamped St Clement - the company that who made them. A rare find in such good condition.

Large Art Deco Squirrel Book Ends
French chrome bronze large stylised stencil style squirrel bookends. They each measure 9 inches wide (23cm) 4 inches deep (10cm) and 7 inches high (17.5cm). Mounted on wooden bases, they have a good weight and quality. In excellent condition.

Leaping Deer Bookends by Le Verrier
A pair of green patinated art metal bookends on marble bases each measuring 6 inches (17cm) high and in excellent original condition. Signed Le Verrier to the metal. Produced and designed by Max Le Verrier in the 1930s. These same deer were made in a bigger size and sold as statues and also used on the De Marco Group Atalante statues. In excellent condition.

Fish Bookends by Jean Paul Le Verrier
Green patinated spelter fish bookends designed and produced by the Le Verrier foundry and signed by JP (Jean Paul) Le Verrier underneath. Each measures 3.5 inches (9cm) high, is very heavy and in good condition with some minor age wear to the patina, and one slightly darker than the other.
