French spelter art deco statue by Bouraine but signed in his pseudonym – Briand.

Produced by the Le Verrier foundry in the 1920s.

Mounted on a Belgian black marble base.

In good condition but with some patina wear to the figure and the brass hoop which looks like it was originally silver.

6 inches (15cm) wide, 3 inches (7.5cm) deep, 11.5 inches (29cm) high.
