Large art deco stylised bronze male warrior, signed Decoux.
Michel Decoux, 1837 – 1924, believed to be a Belgian artist famous for his stylised animals mainly produced in bronze.
This figure has a green patina and is signed Decoux and stamped bronze.
Mounted on a black and verdigris marble base.
In very good condition with a few small edge nicks to the marble front and rear.
It measures a large 30 inches (76cm) long and 9.5 inches (24cm) deep. Height is 19.5 inches (50cm) to the tip of his spear.
