Welcome to our new website

A big Thank You to Resknow Studio.

Our very first blog post must be to say a very special thank you to our web developers at Resknow Studio at 13 St. Johns Parade, Sidcup High Street, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 6ES (0203 475 4075) who we thoroughly recommend if you are looking to build a website for your business.

It has taken over a year to bring this website alive since our first meeting with the Resknow team, mainly due to over 11,350 items being uploaded to our new site, many of which required multiple new pictures.

We are now taking online payments using WooCommerce as recommended and integrated into the website by the team at Resknow which has been tremendously successful. Currently we are only using ecommerce for smaller items i.e. jewellery, as postage costs become variable on larger items with different values and weights and sizes.

We have had a close relationship with our assigned web developer, Dom throughout the process who has been on hand at all times to answer queries and fix our problems.

During this period of Covid uncertainty we have definitely noticed an increase in enquires, but unfortunately many of our less tech savvy friends in the trade have had a disastrous time with trade fairs cancelled and selling opportunities severely curtailed. Which is why it is now time to get on the web and sell your stock worldwide.

In the time we have been developing our website with Resknow, we have only had to visit their office once, and even that wasn’t entirely necessary as these days you only need to send them some ideas of what your new website should look like and then leave them to it! They will produce a mock-up site for you, and if you’re happy with it, just leave them to do what they do.

Resknow have helped us set up this – our first blog, and we are hoping to be making a regular contribution to the blogosphere, so keep checking in for further blogs.
