1920s French bronze art deco bird panels – signed Artus, the early pseudonym used by Max Le Verrier. I believe they were made as architectural panels probably to be used on a building. I have never ever seen any others like them. A very rare find indeed.
These panels are huge and measure 13 inches high by 6 inches wide by 11 inches deep (33cm x 15cm x 28cm).
Condition is good.
