A complete French Masur Birch bedroom suite consisting of bed with integral bedside cabinets, original sidebars and footboard. Dressing table with quarter opening side drawer with shelves below and adjacent cupboard. Full size wardrobe with 4 doors and bronze plaque of Leda and the Swan. The interior of the wardrobe can be adapted for hanging or non-hanging and includes two shelves of which one holds a pair of drawers. All drawers and shelves have marquetry banding to the front edges. All pieces of this suite have the flared arched base feature with a bar with metal banding.

The inside of the wardrobe is fitted with shelves and 2 central drawers (one locking) – all with marquetry inlay to the front edges. It could easily be converted to a hanging wardrobe as shelves are moveable. It measures 68 inches (173cm) wide, 72 inches (183cm) high and 20 inches (51cm) deep. The bronze Leda and the Swan plaque to the front of the wardrobe forms part of the handle of the 2 central doors of the wardrobe.

This matching masur birch bed consists of a headboard with a pair of integral bedside cabinets which attach to the headboard – these with shelves and drawer. A footboard with metal sabot ring detail on a flared base and the pair of supporting side bars.
The bed measures 79 inches (200cm) long, the headboard measures 59 inches (150cm) wide and the total width including integral bedsides is 88 inches (224cm) wide.

The very stylish dressing table.
With a single cupboard flanked by a pair of curved shelves with curved drawer, mounted on a sledge base with matching sabot detail and large cheval mirror. It measures 60 inches (152cm) wide, 13 inches (33cm) deep and total height including mirror is 67 inches (170cm). The picture shows the glass diffused to reduce photographic reflection but the mirror is in good condition.

Condition is extremely good but a full renovation could be arranged at extra cost.

Most French bedroom furniture is made in sections and therefore easily transported.This entire suite can be flat packed for delivery.
