Borzois – Louis Riche

A pair of bronze Borzois by French sculptor Louis Riche mounted on a black and white striated marble base, signed Riche to the marble.

The two dogs have a green-bronze patina and are excellently sculpted.

14 inches (36cm) high.  Base measures 34.5 inches (88cm) long and 8 inches (20cm) deep.

There may have been an old repair to the centre of the base, other than this the condition is excellent.
