French screaming Art Deco hand painted butterfly ceiling lamp – I believe made by Daum.
The body is glass with glass bed eyes and the wings are hand painted in vivid colouring.
These lamps are becoming increasingly rare and don’t come up for sale very often and I have only ever had one in the past, some years ago and it did not hang around for long… excuse the pun.
23.5 inches (60cm) high, 23 inches (58.5cm) wide, 20 inches (50.5cm) deep.
In really good vintage condition with absolutely no chips noted in any of the glass sections.
