Ceramic Panther – Primavera 

French art deco ceramic panther with a matt black glaze and green eyes. This is a very sought after piece and a similar one also with green eyes is featured in the Les Craqueles book on page 237 as a centre fold picture. They are extremely rare. He has huge stylised Pompon type paws and is extremely streamlined and cubist.

23 inches (59cm) long, 8 inches (20cm) high and 3.25 inches (8.5cm) wide.

Condition is very good.
