French art metal Art Deco lady bookends by Max Le Verrier.

Mounted on black marble bases.

Bearing the Le Verrier foundry stamp to her leg.

They each measure 6.5 inches (16.5cm) high, 5.25 inches (13cm) wide, 2.5 inches (6.5cm) deep.

In excellent condition.

Cueillette was also made as a table lamp and as a dish lady.
