Hand painted art deco ceramic bookends – designed by Dax and produced by the Orchies company. Stamped under the base with the Orchies windmill stamp and also marked LS and impressed Genevan.

9 inches (23cm) wide, 4.5 inches (11.5cm) deep, 8 inches (20cm) high.

Good vintage condition with a small chip to the right hand end of the pierrot’s base.
