A French dinanderie lidded urn with art deco lightning bolt hand painted dinanderie. Signed the base rim G. Bigard (Gaston Bigard 1883-1962) and marked to the bottom with an Evolution style triangle with some letters inside one of the letters is an M possibly for Paul Louis Mergier for Evolution. It is numbered 228/523.
It measures approximately 9 inches (23cm) high and has a diameter at its widest of 7 inches (17.5cm).
Condition is vintage with some age darkening to the silver plating but generally very good.
