A stunning French art deco flared hexagonal glass vase with carved & sandblasted panels, by Andre Delatte. Signed in his pseudonym Jarvil Nancy.
The glass appears black but when held to the light we have been reliably informed that it is actually a deep amethyst colour, we can’t see it in our pictures however.
There is a chip to one corner of the rim together with 1-2 ‘blisters’ to the interior surface which have occurred during manufacture and are firing marks.
It is otherwise in very good condition with no cracks or repairs.
