Depicts the very famous painting by artist Gustav Klimt, Der Kuss (The Kiss).
This vase has been produced sometime after 2000 by the Goebels company.
In excellent condition.
8 inches (20cm) high, 5.75 inches (14.5cm) wide, 2.5 inches (6.5cm) deep.
The original painting is from the “Golden Period” of Klimts career and is possibly his most famous piece. In researching a description for this vase, I came across many interesting Der Kuss documentary films on YouTube which are well worth a watch, even if you don’t wish to purchase this item.
