Harem Perfume Lamp

I believe this is French but I am not familiar with the mark under the base, it looks like a crown with VL under it. Possibly one of the Limogue ceramics companies. She holds a bowl for the perfume. Beautifully hand painted and not currently wired up as no bulb holder.

Very good condition.
