This lovely hand painted ceramic lady is Goldscheider model number 7691.
This one was designed by Claire Weiss in 1935 however it was actually produced by Walter Goldscheider in 1940 when he left Austria and went to the USA and worked with the Goldscheider Everlast company.

A similar one can be viewed in the Pinas book on page 150 and in the Goldscheider (Filipp Goldscheider) book on page 468.
13.5 inches (34.5cm) high.
Condition Is good with a couple of small indentations to the top of her skirt probably there from new.
