French art deco hand painted monkey vases produced by the Orchies company.
One is signed by the artist Diaz to the side.
Stamped under the base Orchies with the windmill sign, and model number 1300.
As can be seen in the 5th picture down the monkeys can be faced in opposite directions to make a nice pair.
Both are in very good condition but one has a small firing crack near the rim from new (see picture).
8 inches (20cm) diameter, 11.5 inches (29cm) high.
