Max Le Verrier – The Chien

This is the original plaster maquette of Max Leverrier’s dog statue. This large piece is of a stylised cubist Alsatian dog. Signed on the base M. Le Verrier. An original and unique Le Verrier family owned piece, from the clearance of the Le Verrier family home.

Good vintage condition with the tip missing of one ear.

28 inches (71cm) wide, 5.5 inches (14cm) deep, 12 inches (30cm) high.
