An unsigned French spelter and ivorene clock set, attributed to Menneville. It is composed of Belgian Black marble, Rosso Red marble and green onyx and has typical deco circle shapes combined with the rectangular clock enclosure. The lady is spelter and ivorene and is wearing a typical Menneville cloche hat and long dress and is feeding deer which is sitting on a piece of onyx. The clock face is crisp and clean with the inscription ‘Valery, Limoges’. The clock is complimented by a pair of spelter urn shaped side pieces, also typical of Menneville.
Good working condition with nibbles to the marble edges and the lady is unfortunately missing a couple of fingers.
