French art deco whacky elephant clock set by Moreau. Rosso marble with cream and brown onyx sunray patterning and Dillon stepped sides. The clock is flanked by 2 cubist modernist spelter elephants with glass eyes. Unsigned but undoubtedly by Moreau (Franjou). The clock has a mechanical movement and comes with its original key.
Very good working condition.
18 inches (46cm) wide, 4.25 inches (11cm) deep, 13 inches (33cm) high. Side pieces measure 6 inches (15cm) wide, 3 inches (7.5cm) deep, 9.5 inches (24cm) high.
