French green patinated art metal male statue called Gloire and was designed by Pierre Le Faguays in the late 1920s – early 1930s.
Signed to the marble at the back of the base Le Faguays
To the front is a commemorative plaque as he was at one time presented as a gift. The plaque reads ‘Homage aux services rendus a Air France’.
Very good vintage condition with just a few small edge nibbles to the marble base as one would expect.
