Portrait by Jean-Paul Le Verrier

An original oil on canvas by Jean_Paul Le Verrier, son of the famous statuary artist Max Le Verrier.

It is signed to the front J P Le Verrier and dated 1947.

I do not know the identity of the subject, but she is wearing army uniform.

This painting along with many others I have has come from the Le Verrier family archives.

Unframed.

Good vintage condition but does have a small rip to the top left corner as shown in the final picture.

20 inches (51cm) wide, 24 inches (61cm) high.
