Rare Torso by Goldscheider

Rare Austrian terracotta Art Deco torso a signed piece by Goldscheider. Designed by Adolf Prischl.

Made in 1937, stamped under the base with signature and model number 7936.

Can be viewed in the Goldscheider book.

She has a matt terracotta glaze with orange painted triple sausage hair detail in true Goldscheider design.

It was also made with a black patina.

12 inches (30cm) high.

Condition is excellent.
