Ric and Rac Bronze Bookends

French art deco gilt and patinated bronze cubist dog bookends, modelled as Ric and Rac. Ric and Rac were naughty cartoon dogs who were designed by Pol Rab in the 1920s. They have phenolic eyes and the bases are made of onyx and marble.

Good condition.

6 inches (15cm) wide, 3 inches (7.5cm) deep, 6 inches (15cm) high.
