Scotty Dog Box by Dankarner

Fabulous macassar ebony French box with a Rac the terrier carved wooden dog on the lid with phenolic tongue and eyes. This dog was probably modelled as Rac the terrier from the famous Pol Rab Ric and Rac cartoon series. Unsigned but undoubtedly by Dankarner.

Very good vintage condition.

7.25 inches (18.5cm) wide, 5.25 inches (13.5cm) deep, 5.5 inches (13.5cm) high.
