Sworn Enemies Art Deco Bookends

French art deco spelter cat and dog bookends with glass eyes

Probably designed by Pol Rab, as the dog is modelled on Ric the terrier.

Mounted on black, and beige marble bases.

They each measure 4.25 inches (11cm) wide to the base, 3 inches (7.5cm) deep. The height of the cat bookend is 8.25 inches (21cm).

Condition is vintage and used but good. With several chips to the edges of the marble bases and some age wear to the patina. The cat has a small dink on his back
