Sylvestre – Bronze Satyr

French patinated bronze large satyr (half human half goat) children bookends. Modelled as a boy with goats feet and horns and a girl with the same. Made by the Suisse Frer editeur Paris foundry, signed and stamped with their foundry mark. Also signed to the base Sylvestre.

Very good condition.
