Original 1940s oil on board of a musician by the son of the very famous statuary artist Max Le Verrier. This painting has come from the family archives of the Le Verrier family and is by Jean-Paul Le Verrier, an artist who followed in his fathers footsteps. A modernist cubist abstract painting of a female Ballet dancer. Signed J P Le Verrier to the front and stamped with the Max Le Verrier foundry stamp to the back of the board. Mounted in a contemporary gold wooden frame.
