Large French crackle glaze cream ceramic guitarist in typical Primavera cubist style.
Marked with a Primavera stamp to base ,as shown & with incised number 8771 dating it to the late1920s / early 30s.
10 inches (25.5cm) high, 8.25 inches (21cm) wide, 5.25 inches (13.5cm) deep to the base.
Atelier Primavera was the legendary Art Deco design studio for the Parisian Department Store Le Printemps which commissioned art works from many of the top artists of the day ie Claude Levy & Geo Conde & this figure could well be by either of these two.
Condition is good with just a couple of small glaze marks as one would expect.
