The Sphinx Car Mascot

This chrome plated Sphinx car mascot has jet boosters and was made in 1953 to 1958 for the Armstrong Siddeley Sapphire motor car.

5 inches (12.5cm) long x 3.5 inches (9cm) wide.

This has been removed from a car and is in used and pitted condition. There is still some red paint to the end of the jets from new.
