Trophee by Pierre Le Faguays

This three male athlete group was made in the mid 1920’s. This group apparently representing Peace and Victory. Signed in the marble base, Le Faguays.

Very good condition with minor patina loss to the metal and a couple of base chips to the marble. There is also 2 filled in holes to the front of the base where a presentation panel was once placed. Suspicion of a repair where the hand meets the laurel leaf (see picture).

25 inches (63.5cm) high, 13.5 inches (34.5cm) wide, 5.5 inches (14cm) deep.
