Original 2-sided pastel and charcoal drawing by Max Le Verrier. A subject design for a statue that he never produced. This is such a rare find, it has come from the archives of the Le Verrier atelier and family. Part of a collection of items recently purchased by me. Signed to the top corner and dated June 1934. drawing on reverse shows man with his arm raised holding a dead panther.
I have framed this picture with a glass back so as to enable viewing of the original picture on the front and the additional picture on the reverse.
