The Marionettes by Maurice Picaud

Unique original 1920s art deco pen and ink cartoon drawing by Maurice Picaud. Signed in his pseudonym Pico. Pico was the famous designer of the Follies Bergere building in Paris, and was an architect, artist and freelance furniture designer for the Ruhlmann furniture company. Framed in a modern black wooden frame.

Good vintage condition with a minor area of paper loss to the left hand end puppet figure by his belt.
